WTW, an advisory and brokerage solutions firm, has appointed Adrian Hicks as Head of Mid Market and Real Estate for its North American operations located in London and international markets.
In his new role, Mr. Hicks will be responsible for establishing and executing strategic direction for middle market and real estate brokerage across direct and faculty, as well as coordinating business growth in the wider brokerage community and region.
He will be based out of WTW’s London office and will report to Tom Rowley, Head of North America Assets.
Hicks joins the company with nearly 20 years of industry experience. He most recently worked for Alesco Risk Management Services and US Wholesale where he served as Executive Partner of the property.
He also spent more than eight years as General Manager of Operations at Arthur J. Gallagher and nearly two years as Account Executive at RKH Group.
Rowley commented: His track record of success will no doubt help him maintain a visible position in the market while building key relationships and creating a talent pipeline. ”
