If you’re looking to get out of the Manhattan area for a bit, Coney Island’s Luna Park offers family-friendly fun for the New Year. Lots of games, rides and good food. Luna Park is also open during the day, so it’s perfect if you want to fill the last day of 2022 with fun events or hit the bars later that night.
4. Fishball Bar Lounge
Head to Dream Midtown for a 5-hour open bar at Fishbowl NYC. This unique event space features a mini bowling lane, vintage arcade games and, of course, an actual fish tank, making it the perfect festive setting to spend the entire year. The New Year’s Eve event runs from 9:00 PM to 4:00 AM, with an open bar from the start of the event until 2:00 AM. Tickets are available online.
