Hosted by Kitchen Incubator in Chattanooga on the first Friday of every month, Food Truck Fridays is expanding and celebrating its first anniversary. Starting this Friday, Food Truck Fridays will be held on the 1st and 3rd Fridays of each month. His 2023 expansion of Food Truck Friday is made possible with the support of TVFCU.
Hal Bowling, executive director of LAUNCH, the kitchen incubator of its parent organization in Chattanooga, said:

This Friday marks our one year anniversary and is Mardi Gras themed. There will be a special Po Boy competition judged by the Brainerd High Culinary Class. Additionally, Brainard High School bands, dancers, cheerleaders, and cooking students will join the celebration.
Food Truck Fridays are held on the first and third Fridays of each month around Chattanooga’s Kitchen Incubator at 5704 Marlin Road, adjacent to Eastgate. Also this year, some of his TVFCU chapters will host food trucks once a month. Locations, food trucks and dates for these are yet to be determined.
