Patrick Mahomes is looking to make his third Super Bowl appearance in the last four years. And if that’s not an indication of what a winner is, then there’s no need to look to the real estate portfolio he’s amassed over the years.
Now worth a combined $8 million, the 27-year-old Kansas City Chiefs quarterback has purchased four different properties.
Two homes in Missouri, one in a state vacant lot and one in Texas, considered perhaps his most valuable.
However, if he continues this pace, there is no denying that this is just the beginning of his real estate investments. And he has enough money to do it.
Mahomes signed a 10-year, $503 million contract with the Chiefs in August 2020.

A year later, in 2021, Mahomes built a new home on the property. In 2022, he added a pool.
