After dropping two stones, Honey G has revealed that she is following a strict training regimen and is preparing to run a marathon.
The X Factor star, whose real name is Anna Georgette Guilford, 41, has completely overhauled her lifestyle and fitness regime.
She lost weight during the 2021 lockdown and since then has decided to do four triathlons and a 20-mile run.
“I follow a strict training regimen. I have to run long distances, so I run two or three times a week.”
The rapper, who rose to fame in 2016, said, “I actually train a lot. I’ve done it 4 times.

She also shared that she plans to release new music, taking time out to train and record.
It comes after the star shared an incredible photo after dropping three sizes after 2021’s lockdown.
Honey transformed her figure after dropping from size 18 to size 12 during the coronavirus pandemic.
In an interview at the time, she revealed that she was now able to wear clothes that she “didn’t dream of before,” and she still enjoys wearing sexy lingerie.
Speaking to Closer magazine, Honey said shedding her trademark baseball cap and bomber jacket for the sophisticated ensemble after shedding weight has given her a flood of compliments and boosted her confidence.
She explains: She can now wear clothes she never dreamed of and in lovely Victoria’s Secret underwear.
She admitted that there was a time when she felt she didn’t have “sex appeal”, but after working “hard” to change her figure, she is happy to say that things have changed now, saying she “feels It’s been a few years since then,” he added. She’s this good about herself.

In 2020, Honey showed off her new style after completing a charity triathlon and admitted to exercising more during lockdown than she had done in “ever life.”
After completing a triathlon consisting of a 750m swim, a 20km cycle and a 5km run, she got a glimpse of her new physique in a skintight leotard.
Honey also competed in the triathlon in September 2021 and shared an Instagram photo of her athlete at the finish line at Box End Park.
Amid the pandemic, Honey told The Daily Star that she decided to overhaul her fitness regime during lockdown after struggling to stick to her diet and failing to maintain her previous weight loss.
In a different style: Honey told Closer magazine that she ditched her bomber jacket after losing weight.
In addition to hatha yoga classes, she incorporated virtual spinning classes, running and open water swimming sessions to shed two stones.
She explains:
“I used to go to see the best obesity experts and nutritionists in the past to change my diet and try to lose weight, but during the lockdown I combined that with changing my diet and doing a lot of exercise.
“During lockdown, I’ve probably been exercising more than I ever have in my life.”
