Billionaire Grant Cardon Says ‘You’re Not Rich… You’re Worried’

The man who boldly predicted that America would become a renter nation and that the Federal Reserve would shut the general public out of the housing market, upon further investigation, feels more like an uncomfortable truth than a high-profile headline, a more calculated one. I came back with a claim.

Last month, Cardone Capital CEO Grant Cardon Spread the word to the masses that single-digit millionaires are the new middle class.

His point is proven by some basic math problems, breaking down the stereotype that doing a million cool will set you up for life. He explains that at 30 he would be 51 if he had a million dollars. With no other income, you will be bankrupt in just 21 years.

“If you’re a single-digit millionaire, you’re not wealthy…you’re worried,” Cardone said. are the people of

seems fair.

The idea that single-digit billionaires are subject to the same susceptibility as tenth billionaires is not new. Cardone’s quote actually comes from the words of a billionaire entrepreneur. peter tailWhen he helped a professional wrestler, he famously said, “Single-digit millionaires have no access to the US legal system.” Hulk Hogan in a lawsuit against Gawker Media LLC in 2016.

Years later, those words still ring true. One of the few reasons for increased worry could be related to an impending recession or a full recession, depending on who you talk to.Elon Musk’s Twitter Inc. When Tesla Inc. Fame shares some of Cardone’s fears. Earlier this year, Mr. Musk argued that a recession was inevitable.

So how do you make money when everything is facing a recession? How much do you need when Cardone says $1 million isn’t enough?

One of Cardone’s answers is investing in real estate. Cardone always urges you to bankrupt your investments. Commit yourself to what you believe in. For him, it’s almost always real estate. His conviction has served him well. His net worth (depending on the source) is between $600 million and his $2.6 billion.

How can you invest like a millionaire if you don’t have the same wealth? There are several ways.

  1. Crowdfunding platform: Cardone Capital is Cardone’s own real estate crowdfunding company. These platforms allow you to invest as much as possible (and sometimes with the minimum balance required) in one or more different properties. Partial ownership allows you to diversify your portfolio while enjoying the long-term benefits of real estate ownership. 2. Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT): REITs are stocks that specialize in real estate. There are many niche markets to enter. Whether it’s farmland, housing, or storage, you can invest in reliable real estate. Benzinga highlights some of his REITs that are best to invest in.

  3. Full Ownership: Certainly one of the best options, if you have the means, is to mimic Cardone in the closest possible way. Outright ownership of a rental property or multi-use building can prove advantageous with the right investment.
