Reed also ordered the resignation of Dallas Mavericks employees Ryan Mackie and Kyle Tapley by February 23.
Additionally, the judge has set depositions for plaintiffs Pierce Robertson, Rachel Gold and Sanford Gold by the end of this month.
Moskowitz Law Firm filed a civil lawsuit against a Cuban in August 2022 in U.S. District Court in South Florida, alleging that the Cuban contacted fans of his NBA basketball team and promoted crypto brokers. claimed.
The lawsuit alleges that Cubans misrepresented Voyager on multiple occasions and that the company was a Ponzi scheme.The lawsuit also named the Dallas Mavericks team and Voyager CEO Steve Ehrlich. It seeks damages of up to $5 billion for investor losses.
Voyager filed for bankruptcy in July.
