“Chairman Fulwood, I stand by you. If you are unable to attend your local meeting or serve in that capacity, I will represent you,” Hill said. “I know it will be hard work, but I want to do it.”
After debating the definition of his position, Taylor won the position of secretary and treasurer for a new term.
