Scheduled to open in March, the Bryant Street Market food hall has room for more than 10 food vendors, with five under contract so far.
There’s a lot going on at MRP Realty’s Bryant Street community and entertainment center in Northeast DC, with the addition of a food hall.
Scheduled to open in March, the Bryant Street Market food hall has room for more than 10 food vendors, with five under contract so far.
Our most recent addition is Taqueria Habanero, our third location in the DC area. Taqueria Habanero has offices in Columbia Heights and College Park, Maryland. The owner will also make use of his second space in Bryant Street Market at Bar Alegria, located in the middle of the food hall, serving Latin American-themed craft beers, cocktails, and organic wines.
The two stalls are slated to open in March, followed by Fugu Poke and Tiger Sugar, also opening in March, and Bold Gyoza, opening in late spring.
Bryant Street Market, formerly called The BeeBee, is the second food hall project for MRP, which also operates the Western Market Food Hall in Foggy Bottom.
Bryant Street NE at 680 Rhode Island Ave. NE is a multi-phase planned development. His two residences, The Chase and Coda on Bryant Street, have a total of 457 apartments. The food hall is located on the first floor of The Chase.
Other notable attractions recently joining the development include the district’s first and only Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, opening in late 2021. Kraken Courts, an indoor pickleball and ice skating venue, is about to open.
Two interactive experiences, Dinos Alive and Van Gogh, recently opened.
The Metrobar, a bar containing decommissioned Metrorail vehicles, is also located in the Bryant Street NE development.
