The global health community is driving change to protect the health of people and the planet. WHO and its partners are hosting an extensive series of events at the COP26 UN climate conference to ensure that health and equity are at the heart of climate negotiations.
Major events include 2021 World Conference on Health and Climate Change Convening health leaders from around the world on the sidelines of COP26 on 6 November, National commitments under the COP26 health program An overview of all health and climate events can be found here.
The COP26 Health Pavilion will offer a robust two-week program of over 60 events, evidence, initiatives and solutions to maximize the health benefits of tackling climate change across regions, sectors and communities.
