RE|source suggests three upcoming events:
▪ January 11th: The Florida CCIM chapter in the Miami-Dade/Monroe area will host the 2023 Commercial Real Estate Conference from 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Miami Airport & Convention Center at 711 NW 72nd Ave. . will give the keynote speech. The meeting includes an update on insurance regulation and developments from State Senator Ana Maria Rodriguez. $89 for members, $129 for non-members. Register here.
▪ January 20th: Hungry for economic forecasts? Commercial Real Estate Women will be presented by her Andrea Heuson, Director of Real Estate Programs and Professor of Finance at the University of Miami. ▪ January 26th: Digital publication Bisnow hosted the talk, “Wynwood, Allapattah, and Little Havana: A Deep Dive into Selected Transformations in the Growing Miami Neighborhood,” at 8:00 AM at Hagerty Garage + Social, 355 NE 71st St. Real estate attorneys, developers, and key community leaders will discuss how these three communities have changed, and the continued changes to expect in the years to come.
