Northrop Grumman has received funding through the Air Force Research Laboratory’s Manufacturing and Industrial Technology Division to enhance hypersonic manufacturing technology in Elkton, Maryland.
The $8.8 million contract will support improvements that reduce production time and help drive affordability for hypersonic weapons in production.
