Pinterest has partnered with wellness app Headspace to give content creators access to mental health support.
Creators who meet Pinterest’s eligibility requirements can sign up for a free six-month subscription to Headspace to access guided meditations, breathing exercises, and overall mindfulness tips, according to a news release.

In September, beauty influencer Miqueira Nogueira faced backlash after complaining in a TikTok video that she felt “extremely depressed” and had to pretend to be happy.
“Try being an influencer for a day. People who say it’s easy are out of their minds, so try it. Try it for a day,” Nogueira told a commenter.
Headspace subscriptions normally cost $12.99/month or $69.99/year. Offers for creators will be available until September 2023.
According to the release, the partnership aims to help creators find balance and integrate wellness practices into their daily lives. .
“It’s no secret that on the Internet, creators often experience burnout and the fatigue of creation rather than the excitement that comes with it,” said Ducard.
“We are building a better space for creators on Pinterest, and we believe that as an industry, we have an opportunity to prioritize inspiring content by prioritizing inspiring creators.” He said.
