What kind of education do realtors have?
Just like you need a driver’s license to drive a car, you need a real estate license to work professionally. To become an agent, you must complete a pre-licensing course. Several Louisiana schools offer this his 90-hour course in both face-to-face and virtual formats. The standard course takes 2-9 weeks to complete. After someone completes the course, they must take and pass the final exam. After the final exam, you must take and pass the state licensing exam.
What is the difference between a realtor and a realtor?

Their common traits are honesty, integrity, problem-solving mindset, spontaneity, strong attention to detail, and charming personality. Especially if you are interested in houses, architecture and interiors.
What are the daily tasks of an agent?
Every day is a little different. The average agent spends her day doing active, income-generating work and paperwork. His typical day includes meetings with clients in his office, staging or viewing homes, talking to mortgage lenders and title attorneys, and scheduling inspections and assessments. Other tasks include lead generation, research, marketing, and keeping abreast of the latest facts and trends in the real estate market.
Can they switch to real estate after having a career, and if so, how can they succeed?
Real estate is often a second career for people. Reasons for obtaining a real estate business license include reaching retirement age, not being able to get the job you want, and being interested in the industry.
The biggest challenge is people getting real estate licenses when they already have a full-time job. Agents need to be available based on the client’s schedule because real estate is not his job from 8:00 to 5:00. If an agent has another job, it can limit the number of people they can work with and cause problems for other agents. Much of an agent’s work is time-sensitive and should be accessible as much as possible.
What ongoing training does Latter & Blum provide for agents?
