The hotel brand is looking for a Chief Eats His Officer (CEO) who is up for the challenge of dining their way around the world.
Ramada by Wyndham will send one lucky person across five different continents to share their dining and cultural experiences for the brand’s social and marketing channels. In addition to the $10,000 reward, the CEO will receive free accommodation at Ramada by Wyndham hotels around the world, free flights, and a $150 daily scholarship.

What does the role require?
Lucky candidates will have a tight schedule and travel to eight countries in three weeks. Responsibilities include compiling a list of must-eats and recommended activities. The list will be posted to social media feeds and featured across Ramada’s channels.
This role is about finding a CEO who inspires others to travel and experience the amazing food and culture the world has to offer (it’s not that hard, is it?). Successful candidates have social media flair and creatively curate content in real-time (no lag).

What do you receive?
If $10,000 isn’t enough, Wyndham will cover the cost of accommodation, round-trip airfare, and $150 per day of travel for up to three weeks. The CEO may also receive his Rewards Diamond level membership to Wyndham for one year.
What are the required qualifications?
According to a Wyndham press release, qualifications include:
- Actively familiar with various social media accounts (preferably TikTok and Instagram).
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Over 21 years old with a valid passport.
- Travel for up to 3 weeks is possible in the summer of 2023.
- Self-proclaimed gourmet.
- Good writing skills (required for blog writing).
- Work remotely and comfortably on deadline.
- You must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 based on the requirements set by each country you visit.
- Applicants must be residents of Argentina, Australia, Canada, Germany, India, Mexico, New Zealand, Thailand, Turkey, the United Kingdom, or the United States.
Application method
Ramada by Wyndham requires Candidates to post (or submit) a public video on TikTok that is a minimum of 2 minutes long. Videos must be tagged with @RamadabyWyndham and social profiles must be public.
Candidates are expected to demonstrate a passion for food and travel, as well as an ability to creatively tell stories through social media. The deadline for her submission is midnight on November 14th. The winner will be announced by her December 19th and the trip will take place between her May 2023 and her August.
Which country are you going to?
Ramada by Wyndham didn’t share specific details about which countries will be included in the three-week itinerary, but with more than 900 hotels in 63 countries, there’s plenty to choose from. Two contenders are Ramada by Wyndham’s recently announced $3 million renovation at Shoal His Bay on the beachfront in Port Stephens, Australia, or a Himalayan peak with mountain views and a casino. It’s the latest opening in Gangtok, surrounded India.
