Actress Elliata Ese drew the ire of social media insiders and some fans today by stating that social media vendors like to sell fake replicas of her expensive outfits.
In a post shared on her Instagram account, the fair-skinned actress attacked online clothing and accessory vendors, accusing them of selling what they advertise on their pages, and accusing them of expensive outfits seen on celebrities. He said that we should stop parading and selling replicas.
According to her, “Nothing bothers me more than seeing someone rocking an expensive costume worth millions. A 20k or 55k vendor’s page will tell you if the photo is original or not.” , the photos are displayed without acknowledging that what we are selling is a replica.”
Her outburst was not well received by many on Instagram, with her and other celebrities claiming to buy fake costumes that were original and expensive.
One fan commented, “There’s no such thing as an original or fake costume, and there’s no such thing as low-quality and high-quality. So pick and buy what you can afford, and stop lying.”
Many people who commented on her post said many Nigerian celebrities wear fake costumes but would never own one, blaming the vendor.
However, the actress did not back down on her words, further stating: Fashion vendors should stop that nonsense. Post a real photo or find someone to model a replica for you,” she added.
