@properties Christie’s International Real Estate opens its second Dallas-Fort Worth store at The Shoppes at the Gate, a residential and retail development located one block north of The Star in Frisco.
The company will hold a ribbon-cutting event on November 10 and fully open the site by mid-December when construction is complete.
The Dallas office opened in North Texas as a franchise of @properties, a major player in residential real estate in Chicago. The Dallas office rebranded in March after @properties acquired the luxury real estate business of global auction house Christie’s.

Mooty co-founded the law firm McCathern Mooty LLP, where he was a managing partner for 14 years. In 2014, he launched Blue Star Payments (later renamed Blue Star Sports) with the Jones family, which was acquired by private equity in 2017. , investors and brokers.
