He is an accomplished leader with over 20 years of experience creating leading edge markets. Throughout his career, he has built some of the world’s largest scalable platforms that enable consumer-friendly shopping experiences across industries such as insurance, healthcare and travel.
Mr. Ricketts leads all aspects of the company’s technology. He is responsible for driving the evolution of Goosehead’s digital agent platform, a consumer-facing platform that delivers home and auto insurance quotes from an extensive list of vetted insurers in under two minutes. He will also focus on building goosehead agent-focused technology and advancing partnerships to expand the use of innovative technologies and processes.

Komen for the Cure and Kaiser Permanente.
