WITTENSTEIN High Reliability Systems (WHIS) has extended its support for the aerospace industry with the new Aerospace Design Assurance Pack (DAP) and added it to its SAFERTOS® portfolio. The Aerospace Design Assurance Pack is built specifically for the DO178 standard to meet the needs of the aerospace sector by supporting DO178C up to DAL A. SAFERTOS with Aerospace DAP supports Xilinx Zynq-7000 for aerospace applications. It has an MMU and runs on a Cortex-A9 core.
SAFERTOS is WITTENSTEIN’s preemptive, safety-critical RTOS for high-reliability systems, providing unprecedented levels of determinism and robustness to embedded systems while using minimal resources. It is used internationally in a variety of safety-critical applications and is known worldwide for its high quality.
