Elaine Parker, president of the Job Creators Network Foundation who filed the lawsuit, reacted to Thursday’s ruling.
“The court ruled correctly in favor of our motions and found the Biden student loan program illegal. It’s one of the most unconventional exercises in legislative power,” Parker said. Told.
