Springetsbury Township pint-sized baker Caroline Gross is returning to the Food Network’s “Kids Baking Championship” for a special Thanksgiving “Gobble Goodies.”
Eleven-year-old Gross entered a children’s baking contest last year. She was one of her 12 young bakers to compete in her 10th.th show season.
From an early age, Gross was influenced by his mother. His mother frequently bakes bread and allows Caroline to participate in the process.
At age 8, she started watching the “Kids Baking Championship”. It’s a Food Network competition hosted by Valerie Bertinelli and her Duff Gaoldman, where kids ages 10 to her 13 compete to create the best baked goods.
Although Gross, who was 10 at the time, was eliminated in the fourth round,th coming in episode 9th For the competition, she impressed enough to be invited to a special holiday episode.

Viewers can watch Caroline compete in the Food Network’s Kids Baking Championship Thanksgiving special on November 13th at 7pm on the Food Network channel and Discovery+.
Caroline isn’t the only baker in York to make a holiday appearance on the Food Network this Sunday.
A 2017 Northeastern High School graduate, Hunter Roof is on the Food Network’s “Holiday Wars.”
Roof, 23, made his first TV appearance in the network’s “Halloween Wars.” His team lost early in the competition, but he was invited to the competition again.
Pastry Supervisor at the Pocono Mountain Resort, Roof graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 2019. His specialty is Sugar, an artist who transforms sugar and chocolate into works of art to beautify cakes and other desserts.
The first episode of “Holiday Wars” broadcast on Sunday, November 6th. With nine teams he has three qualifying rounds. Roof’s team, Fab-Yule-us, will compete on Sunday, November 13th.
The episode is Sunday at 9pm.
